The Michigan Osteopathic Association (MOA) who is a leader in strengthening and promoting osteopathic medicine in Michigan, chose Courtland Consulting to implement website enhancements to increase membership and support.

The Association desired to improve their members-only area of the website to allow for password protection of specific, members-only information, and to improve the membership directory search feature and frequency of updates. They also wanted to implement higher security protocols for accepting online donations and event registrations.

Courtland designed and developed the following web solutions for MOA:

• Members-only secure login area, which includes a user profile module for members to update their information online and submit changes directly to MOA. Members also have designated access to specific, protected information throughout the MOA website.
• Member profile data file upload procedure for synchronizing member directory information with the Association’s member database.
• E-commerce module for managing the secure payment processing of online payments for many online forms.
• Standardized site-wide navigation through Cascading Style Sheets for the physician, office and public website areas.
• Developed custom administrative pages to easily manage the content and security postings for events news, publications, and member profile information.
